A modern Japanese boutique hotel that combines Japanese tradition and modern architecture, opened in December 2017 in Kawaramachi Gojo, Kyoto. There are 6 rooms in total, each with a different concept, using traditional Japanese materials such as washi paper, copper, tatami mats, wood, and stone, arranged in a modern style, and futons made with carefully selected clean and soft linen. The space The Washi room 302 on 3rd floors which contains 2 Japanese futons and private bathroom. The total area, including the bathroom, is 20 ㎡. According to Japanese washi paper artisan/craftsman Hatano Wataru, washi paper diffuses light creating a soft, soothing light filter for a glowing, warm atmosphere. Bask in this perfect traditional Kyoto ambiance.
