GRADOLI is an ideal town for those who love to walk, mingle with those who live there, are curious about products and traditions and then it is wonderfully inserted in a beautiful landscape. The grandmother's HOUSE is very spacious, elegant and functional, quiet, bright, offers an excellent view in front of Palazzo Farnese; 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large closet, kitchen-living room. It lends itself to longer stays, even for remote work. The space BEDS CAN BE ADDED ON REQUEST, 2 cribs are also available at the same time The house is built in stone as it was once done, with walls 60 cm thick so it is very cool in summer and maintains the heat of the heating in winter (today we say that it has a natural coat, no air conditioning is needed, seeing is believing) It is also well ventilated thanks to the mosquito nets in ALL the windows. In the dining area, there is a well-stocked kitchen (pots, dishes, wine glasses, cooking spices, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, a pantry closet), a large table (which extends for 6 people), perfect for a large family breakfast or a romantic dinner for two and also a wall closet for coats and more. There are 2 toilets. In addition to 2 bedrooms, there is a third room-studio with a sofa bed, a large well-lit desk and a rocking chair to relax with a good book, a herbal tea or simply sleep in front of the TV. UPON REQUEST IT IS POSSIBLE TO ADD BEDS; even 2 CRIBS at the same time (= wooden cribs with the sides that can be raised and lowered) At the end of the house there is a very large and functional room, useful as a laundry room (washing machine, drying racks, ironing board, iron), shoe rack, useful storage (ladder, armchair for balcony, utensils for small housework), storage room for suitcases... in short it is the "health of the house". If you haven't been lucky enough, like me, to have a welcoming grandmother, try to enjoy her home and you'll feel some of her warm hospitality.
