Welcome to 3 minutes apartments! Sleeping in Krakow The space The apartment is located in the city center in a very short distance from the main tourist attractions and public transport. The apartment is located on the 6th floor of a new building with access to the elevator. Modern decor with an emphasis on comfort. Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, hob, dishwasher. Guests have at their disposal dishes, cutlery, kitchen utensils. The apartment has an iron and ironing board. Guests have access to free Wi-Fi and Tv- in the living room and in the bedroom! Bed linen, towels and bath accessories included! Guest access Guests have access to a bedroom, a living room with a kitchen, a private bathroom and a private balcony overlooking the Wawel Castle. The object has only 1 parking space. Reservation on request and subject to availability. The cost is PLN 80/day. Other things to note 1. The Regulations define the conditions under which you can book and rent Apartments and the conditions of stay. The presented Regulations constitute an integral part of the rental (reservation) agreement. Guests are required to read the Regulations before making a reservation. Each person who makes a reservation accepts the terms of these Regulations at the same time. 2. Definitions: a) Sleeping in Krakow - website, whose administrator is the Biegun & Bielak Apartments spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, ul. Urzędnicza 62/10, 30-040 Kraków; b) Apartment - a residential unit, offered by Sleeping in Krakow, described in detail on the sleepinginkrakow . pl website or other intermediary portals, which is the subject of booking; c) Guest - a natural person (18 years of age or older) or a legal entity, who is a party to a short-term apartment rental agreement or who expresses a desire to use the services of Sleeping in Krakow by making a reservation for a selected Apartment; d) Regulations - these Regulations for short-term rentals. 3. In the event of a gross violation of the Regulations, Sleeping in Krakow may refuse to continue providing services to the Guest who breaches them and withdraw from the contract with the Guest with immediate effect. Such a Guest is obliged to immediately comply with the requests of the Sleeping in Krakow staff, settle the amount due for the existing services and pay for any damage and destruction caused, and to leave the Apartment. 4. Sleeping in Krakow may refuse to accept a Guest who, during a previous stay, grossly violated the Regulations, causing damage to the property of the apartment or Guests, or damage to the Guests, employees of Sleeping in Krakow or other people staying in the Apartment, or otherwise disturbed the peace in the Apartment or in the bilding. 5. Sleeping in Krakow may refuse to admit a Guest who is under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicants. 6. Sleeping in Krakow provides services in accordance with its standard. In the event of any reservations regarding the quality of service, the Guest is asked to report them immediately at the Reception, which will allow for a response. 7. Failure by the Guest to report any possible deficiencies or defects located in the Apartment in writing, on the day of check-in, shall be considered equivalent to the fact that the Apartment, as well as the equipment contained therein, has been put to use in a condition that does not raise comments and objections of the Guest. 8. Sleeping in Krakow Apartments are rented for days. 9. The day in the Apartment lasts from 3:00 p.m. on the check-in day and lasts until 11:00 a.m. on the check-out day. 10. The request to extend the stay beyond the period indicated on the check-in date, the Guest should report to the Reception by 9:00 am on the day on which the Apartment rental period expires, which, however, does not bind Sleeping in Krakow. Sleeping in Krakow will take into account the wish to extend your stay as far as possible. Each guest's request for an extended stay will be considered individually. 11. Staying in the Apartment or leaving belongings beyond 11:00 is treated as an extension of the stay. If the Guest leaves the room after 11:00 am, a fee will be charged for the next day of renting the Apartment according to the full price. 12. The Guest who rents the Apartment is obliged to show the Receptionist at check-in a photo ID confirming the Guest's identity. In the event of refusal to present the document in a manner enabling check-in, the Receptionist is obliged to refuse to hand over the room key or room access card. 13. In the registration card, the Guest personally enters his name and surname, number of identity document and signs. 14. The Guest who rents the Apartment may not transfer the Apartment to other people, even if the day for which he has paid the fee has passed. 15. People who are not checked in can stay in the Apartment from 7:00 to 22:00. 16. The presence of unchecked persons in the Guest's Apartment after 22:00 is tantamount to the consent of the Guest who rents the Apartment for a fee to accommodate these people in the Apartment. Each person will be checked in at the current price of an extra bed for an adult, from the price list available at the Sleeping in Krakow Reception. 17. During the entire stay in the Apartment, children under the age of 13 must be under the constant care and supervision of adults. The legal guardians of the children are responsible for the behaviour of children, including damage or damages. 18. Smoking and tobacco products including heating devices and electronic cigarettes are strictly forbidden in the Apartment, including rooms, balconies or terraces. 19. Breaking the ban on smoking cigarettes and tobacco products in the Apartment is tantamount to the consent of the Guest who rents the Apartment to cover the cost of dearomatization of the room in the amount of PLN 1000. 20. In the Apartment and on the premises of Sleeping in Krakow, there is a curfew from 22:00 to 6:00 the next day. 21. During the quiet hours, Guests and people using Sleeping in Krakow services are required to behave in such a way that it does not disturb the peace of other people's stay in any way. 22. The guest bears full financial and legal responsibility for any damage or destruction of the equipment and devices in the apartment caused by the fault of his or her visitors. 23. Each time leaving the Apartment, the Guest should check that the door is locked and make sure that it is locked. 24. Organization of parties and receptions, bachelor or bachelorette parties is prohibited. 25. A fee of PLN 150 is charged for losing the key or room access card. The responsibility of Sleeping in Krakow for the loss or damage of items brought by the Guest to the Apartment is governed by the provisions of Art. 846-849 of the Civil Code. Sleeping in Krakow liability is limited if these items are not deposited at the Reception. Sleeping in Krakow has the right to refuse to accept money, valuables and valuable items, in particular valuables and items of scientific or artistic value, if they pose a threat to safety or are too valuable in relation to the size or standards of the Apartment or take up a lot of space 26. Pets are not accepted in the Apartment. Failure to comply with this prohibition by the Guest will result in a fine of 150 PLN for each night booked as well as 200 PLN for extra cleaning. 27. Sleeping in Krakow reserves the right to charge a deposit – 1000 PLN to 3000 PLN - before checking-in. 28. Guests have the right to file complaints in the event of noticing shortcomings in the quality of services provided or in any other respect. 29. A complaint may be submitted by the Guest: a) in writing to the following address: Biegun & Bielak Apartments spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, ul. Urzędnicza 62/10, 30-040 Kraków; b) in electronic form, via e-mail to the following e-mail address: office @ sleepinginkrakow . com. 30. It is recommended that the Guest provide in the description of the complaint: a) information and circumstances regarding the subject of the complaint, in particular the type and date of the failure or other defect; b) contact details of the complainant. 31. Sleeping in Krakow will respond to the complaint received from the Guest and inform him about the method of considering the complaint, in particular in writing or via e-mail, if the Guest provided an e-mail address for this purpose. Sleeping in Krakow will provide the Guest with a response to the complaint within 30 days from the date of its receipt.
