Upstairs: 1 "dormitory" bedroom: 2 sofa beds, 1 bed of 140, 2 beds of 90 and bathroom (sink + toilet). Baby equipment. 5 min from amenities, 10 min from Brive The space The charm of the stone combined with modern elements gives charm and comfort to the house. The large covered terrace with its summer kitchen offers the possibility to accommodate large groups only in summer. Because although it offers 12 beds without any problem, the dining area inside is adjustable from 4 to 12 people but remains smaller than outside. Ideal house for a family or group stay all year round. It can also meet an extraordinary need for sleeping. The house is 10 minutes from Lac du Coiroux, 20 minutes from sites such as Collonges la Rouge or 50 minutes from Rocamadour, Lascaux... Highway toll (A20) 10 minutes away Guest access Our 2 girls are delighted to share their tree house perched on a small stump in the garden, safely. Access to the entire house, parking possible in front of the terrace. Shared garden but private vegetable garden. Possibility to offer your food scraps to the greedy chickens and geese at the bottom of the garden. Other things to note Guests are requested to leave the premises in the condition in which they found them, namely clean and tidy (in particular, trash cans and coffee maker emptied). Everything necessary for cleaning is available on site. Thank you for your understanding. Linens ARE NOT provided. Unless requested for an extra charge of €15 per bed to be paid on arrival. The house is completely self-sufficient in electricity thanks to solar energy. Thank you for favoring the use of energy-intensive appliances (dishwasher, washing machine, oven) during the day rather than in the evening.
