Ideal to spend a weekend or many days relaxing and experiencing the great Piedmontese cuisine, as well as the best wines of the area of the Langhe we also produce. Located at a 5 minutes ride from Barolo, in the little village of Narzole you will spend some unforgettable time. The space DESCRIPTION (Please carefully read the information about the additional costs and the rules of the house below) Spacious semi-detached house with beautiful garden, covered swimming pool (which can be heated up, but expensesD are charged to the guests), barbecue and terrace to have dinner or lunch outside. The internal spaces are spacious and attentively furnished with vintage wooden furniture, original pictures and prints from the Napoleonic period, when a gang of bandits (Briganti) ran about in the village: “the brothers of Narzole”. We can host up to 8 people in the wide bedrooms, each of them with own bathroom, air conditioning system, balcony and WiFi connection. In the living room there is a fireplace, ideal to spend some time with friends sitting on the couches during a cold evening. The wood to be used to lit up the fireplace is to be paid by the guests, 10 € each box. The heating system has to be paid by the guests and its price is calculated taking into account the consumption of gas from the guests’ arrival to their departure (Gas 2 €/ mc; electricity 0,70 €/KW). If only a person happens to use a double bedroom, extra costs of 15€ per night per person are added for the entire stay. RULES OF THE HOUSE - IMPORTANT! The destination of the bedrooms is decided by the owners based on the number of guests. For any special needs it is mandatory to inform the owners in advance to allow them to prepare the rooms, meeting the guests' needs as far as possible. It is not allowed to move furniture and interiors. Inside the house is not allowed smoking. partys are also not allowed. Data concerning possible people invited by the guests for a stay (of maximum one day) must be communicated in time and in advance to the guests. It is mandatory to carry out waste separation ranging stowed in special containers outside the house. No pets allowed. At the time of departure the rooms must be left tidy and free of waste, kitchen with crockery washed and stored in the pantry. The pool must be use properly and any responsibility for damage to things and people are totally charged to the guest. The wood for the fireplace is not free of charge and has to be paid by the guests, 10 € each box. The heating costs are also in charge of the guests. Heating and electricity costs are calculated by measuring the actual consume of gas and energy from when it is switched on to the checkout time (Gas price 2 €/cm; Electricity price: 0,70 €/Kw ). Guest access The swimming pool can be heated up (expenses charged to the guests) and there is a sheltered garage with internal access to the house; internal parking area with automatic gates; barbecue and spacious garden with deck-chairs and tables with chairs.
