Stay at the haystack and experience the cozy Bullerbyn feeling

Bring your family and friends for a cozy and different overnight stay at Övrarps loge. Here you sleep in the haystack, play table tennis, socialize and feed rabbits/goats. There is space for 10 people and the possibility to rent a sleeping bag/sheet. There are 8 beds, two of which are double beds. In addition, there is also a sofa bed for two people. The cabin is about 300 sqm equipped with a hay barn, kitchen, electricity, toilet, shower, small charcoal grill and charging post for electric car. Smoking and candles in the cabin are totally prohibited. The space The entire lodge is at your disposal. The accommodation is wheelchair accessible, which means no stairs and wide doors. There are two toilets, one of them with a shower cabin. Shampoo, conditioner and shower gel are available. There are also duvets, pillows, sheets and towels to rent (sheets SEK 50/pers, towel set SEK 20/pers, sleeping bag SEK 50/pers). Sound system (disco and microphone) is also available. Washing machine available. Cleaning costs SEK 1100/stay if you do not clean yourself according to the instructions. Guest access The host's residential building is about 100 meters from the lodge. The family will feed the animals in the barn below the lodge. If you wish, there is the possibility, subject to time, to walk around the farm and visit the cows on green pasture and their calves. There is a hot tub to rent, for more information contact the host. Other things to note Here in Mariannelund, it is close to Astrid Lindgren's hometown. By car, you can reach Astrid Lindgren's World in 30 minutes, Katthult in 20 minutes and Bullerbyn in 10 minutes. If you are craving freshly baked frallor (Stjernbergs skafferi) or candy from the caramel factory, it is about 5 minutes down to the community where there are also restaurants and a grocery store. In Mariannelund is the "film village Småland" where you can experience movies up close. You can rent bikes and get a guided tour of the filming locations. There is also the possibility to book a draisine in Hultsfred, which is about 25 minutes' drive from here. The hay insulates nicely on cold nights and the toilets are heated, blankets are available to borrow. Cuddly teddy fleeces are not preferable in the hay (get stuck something awful) nor bare-legged. The lodge is not insulated and reflects the weather outside. New for the lodge in 2026 is a playground with a balance track and cable car.
