It has all the comforts of a home. The living room has smart TV type TV with the most popular apps available (Amazon Prime, Netflix, etc.) available for your use using the tenant's account. Internet connection via fiber optic with WiFi. A full kitchen with a three-burner induction stove, a refrigerator and freezer, a heating column with an oven and microwave, a sandwich maker, an Italian coffee maker, and all kinds of cooking utensils. Spices, salt, and infusions are included as a courtesy to our guests. The bathrooms have both hand and bath towels. As a courtesy, we offer our tenants shampoo, gel, and toilet paper. There is also a hairdryer. In the larger bathroom there is a washer-dryer as well as what is needed to do the laundry (soap and fabric softener). The bedrooms all have lamps and nightstands. The master bedroom has a small dressing room with built-in closets. In this dressing room, an ironing board with an iron and a clothesline are available to tenants. The apartment has a first-aid kit with basic products to heal small wounds. A "beach kit" consisting of beach towels, an umbrella and a small portable refrigerator is also offered. Attention: The building's water installation does not have the capacity to use the shower in both bathrooms simultaneously.
