Nice 30 m2 studio, quiet, 15 minutes from Annecy

Charming independent and warm studio for a chalet atmosphere in the countryside facing the mountains! Single-story in a house. Access to the terrace on the ground floor. Easy and comfortable studio to stay in. Comfort, privacy, autonomy. Less than 20 minutes from Annecy. The space Entire and independent studio located on the ground floor of our house, with outdoor terrace. 1 bed of 140 cm, all linens are provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). A small kitchen with everything you need to cook. Due to the health situation, we no longer provide breakfast. But we leave tea, coffee, powdered chocolate and seasoning products (spices, oils, vinegars, etc.) and basic products to facilitate the preparation of your meals. 1 bathroom with shower (soap, shampoo available) 1 small shelf to put some clothes. Please leave the place clean and tidy when you leave :-) Guest access A car is required to reach us and get around (no public transportation). You will have access to the entire studio as well as the terrace in front of the studio. Key exchange by the host at the end of the day from 5 p.m., to be discussed with the host. Self check-in also possible (lockbox). Checkouts must be before 11 a.m. to give us time to prepare the studio again for the next guests. Other things to note For several nights, possibility of adding a crib with bars. If you stay for a week, you can have your laundry machine washed/dried for €10. BBQ equipment available on request.
