The Chêne Couché cottage is close to the Arjuzanx Nature Reserve, its lake and the most beautiful beaches of the South Atlantic (Mimizan 45 km away). You will enjoy its large park of 4 ha, its brightness, its comfort, the calm and serenity of the Landes forest, the surrounding markets. The place is good for couples, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends as long as they respect the animals on the property. The space In a shaded oak grove of 4 hectares, come and discover the Chêne Couché gîte where you can enjoy the calm of the Landes forest. The ground floor is a large space of 50 m² that includes a large living room, kitchen, dining room and bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. The living room offers a sofa bed for 2 people, two armchairs, a TV and a DVD player. Outside you have a sunny terrace with teak table and sun loungers. Heating is provided by a heat pump, reversible to air conditioning in summer. The floor includes a bathroom (shower and toilet) as well as two bedrooms, both equipped with reversible air conditioning, one with a 160 cm bed, the other with twin 90 cm beds. The rooms open onto a wooden balcony (with table and chairs) overlooking the airial. WiFi, air conditioning, heating, sheets and linen, everything is included!
