Self-contained recently converted annexe in a character home just 15 minutes from Exeter City Centre. Close to major road links for exploring all that South Devon has to offer. Decorated with a country feel, the accommodation offers a double bedroom, large en-suite shower room and spacious living room with kitchenette with everything you might need for your stay. The space Our home and annexe are situated in a large, attractive garden at the end of a country lane. The guest suite has its own entrance, so you can come and go as you please, there is also off-street parking for one vehicle. The space boasts a cosy open-plan lounge area with underfloor heating to keep you warm in the winter months. There is free wifi and the TV has Freeview channels as well as smart capabilities for Netflix, iPlayer and other streaming services. It’s the perfect place to relax after a day exploring Exeter, enjoying country walks or taking a stroll along the beach. The kitchenette has a fridge with icebox, slimline dishwasher, combination microwave and everything you will need to make yourselves at home. We provide a welcome pack with tea, coffee, bread and milk so that you can make yourselves breakfast on the first day. You’ll also find a collection of board games in the cupboard in case of a rainy afternoon! The bedroom has a comfortable king-sized bed with a feather and goose-down quilt, quality cotton bedding and soft sheepskin rugs on the floor. Perhaps the most striking aspect of the room is the lovely views across the adjoining fields, often planted to corn. It’s a calming view to wake up to, submerged in idyllic Devon countryside, and you may even see the occasional cow passing from the local farm! The brand new ensuite bathroom has a large walk-in shower with a rainfall shower head and soft towels are also provided. There is also an outdoor area in front of the property that is for the sole use of guests. Other things to note We are sorry but our property is not suitable for children.
