Just pack your clothes and personal items, everything else is provided, even the beach towels, chairs, and beach toys. There are 2 bedrooms with queen size beds, and a third bedroom with a trundle day bed providing 2 twin beds. In the living room is a queen sized sofa sleeper. We recommend our home for a mix of 6 adults, and a couple kids. We do allow a pet with an additional fee. The kitchen has been updated with new cabinets & quartz counters in February 2018, and is fully furnished for your use. The 2 bathrooms have been completely remodeled, with one having a nicely tiled walk-in shower. The spacious Florida room connects the home to the pool area, and provides a second living area with a futon, 2 rattan chairs, a TV, stereo, puzzles, and books. There is also a large patio dining table with 6 dining chairs, and a patio bar & 2 bar stools - a great place to relax, entertain, and enjoy your dinner out in the fresh air. The screen enclosed pool is kidney shaped with a shallow part (about 3 ft) next to the half circle stairs, and goes deeper on the other end to approximately 7 ft deep. Wonderful place for refreshing fun for all ages! This vacation home is located on a quiet, one block long street in a family friendly neighborhood. It's just a short block walk to a grocery store, and a short block walk to the beautiful fine white sand beach. You will want to be sure to watch the magnificent beach sunsets at the end of your day.
