Farmhouse with heated pool and fireplace

Beautiful south-facing farmhouse with heated pool, a peaceful oasis! Our farmhouse is located in Touraine facing the vineyards and close to the Châteaux of the Loire Valley. This place is ideal for having good times with family and friends. This 19th century, single-story house was completely renovated in 2018, all the furniture and accessories are recent. It has retained all the charm of the old with its beams and floor tiles and large fireplace. The space You will have 4 bedrooms: a large master bedroom with a 160 bed, a bedroom with a 140 bed, one with two double bunk beds that can accommodate 4 vacationers, and the last, more modest, equipped with a 140 sofa bed. Occupancy is 10 people. We also offer for a toddler: a baby bed as well as "unbreakable" dishes and a booster seat. A second shower is now available! The property has Wi-Fi as well as a library. All beds will be made upon arrival. The large kitchen is fully equipped, there is a terrace by the pool with a bioclimatic pergola. All the shutters of the farmhouse are electrically operated and very easy to open or close thanks to a box near the openings. The heated pool is open from May 1 to mid-October. However, when the weather is cool, the pool temperature has trouble rising. Possibility to rent the farmhouse from October 1 to May 1 with an extra €20/day for electricity. Cleaning fee is €100. Before your arrival you will have a contract concerning the farmhouse to read, sign and return to us. In addition, a deposit cheque of €1800 will be requested but not cashed and torn up once the cleaning is done! Private parking on the property for up to 5 cars. Guest access The property is entirely for you! You can park on the property which can hold up to 5 cars! An electric gate makes your life easier... Other things to note The beds are made on arrival. Wood is available to start the fireplace during the winter season. Cleaning is €100. Self check-in is possible with a lockbox. You can enjoy the farmhouse until 3pm if there is no one after you, otherwise it is 10am.
