Chalet atmosphere guaranteed for this ground floor apartment in a small residence located in the center of the village; The apartment is very well equipped and the wood is omnipresent in fact a very warm accommodation. The oak flooring is in all the living rooms. Its surface area of 75 m2 on one level with its large living room overlooking the fenced garden makes it ideal for a successful holiday. All shops and activities are within a 5-minute walk (450 m for the ESF) The space In addition to the garden (outdoor larch wood table with fixed benches, 1 parasol and 2 deckchairs), it is very well-equipped: in the kitchen you will find:Raclette machine,fondue set ,plancha, nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, multi-function oven, kettle, toaster,blender, Dyson vacuum cleaner. In the bathroom:washing machine,iron,hair dryer. Separate toilet. To distract you: 1 TV screen, 1 Böse speaker and many board games. Linens are not provided: there are 2 beds of 160 and 4 single beds of 90 (2 bunk beds) or possibility of 3 beds of 160 (see photos of bedroom 3). Our apartment is perfect for 6 adults; we can go up to 8 people if there are children under 12 years old. WE DO NOT RENT FOR 7 or 8 ADULTS. The cleaning is carried out by our concierge service for the sum of €75 to leave in the apartment upon your departure. You just have to empty all garbage cans and they take care of the rest. Guest access The entire apartment is accessible to guests except for a few closets containing our belongings and which are locked. Other things to note In summer we can have meals on the larch table of our large paved terrace; the garden is fully fenced and SHARED with the adjoining apartment on the ground floor . You can store your skis in the apartment: bins in the entrance on the left are provided for this purpose. In summer, possibility to hike without taking a car. In winter, access to the ski lifts is a 5-minute walk (450 m exactly). No pets allowed. This apartment is non-smoking. Linens are not provided.
