Helston is a historic market town with plenty of history. From the house you are walking distance to Penrose, miles of great walking or bike track, and walking distance to the fishing village of Porthleven. You'll have access via the front door to your private spacious room with tea, coffee making facilities. The space Double room and shared bathroom. Shared entrance via the front door. The home is shared with myself and sometimes a very friendly black spaniel Lily and Richard her owner and my partner. Please note this space is not really set up for working from and there is no dedicated working space. If booking with a dog the room will be set with additional essential supplies. I also offer dog sitting, at an additional cost, if you would like to enjoy some time out on your own. Guest access Private room and shared bathroom only. During your stay I am reachable throughout your stay via Airbnb app, phone or in person. Other things to note There is sometime a very friendly black spaniel at home called Lily with her owner and my partner Richard. Free on street parking is on a first come first parked basis. There is plenty and a small paid for car park nearby if needed. Please note I can normally facilitate a check in after 3pm. Due to working shifts some days may required an earlier or later check in time if I do not have a co-host available to check you in. Please note the cottage is on a hill. Most parking is down hill from the property so please don’t be afraid of a short walk up hill to access the house. I have recently shortened my minimum night booking to one night. Due to work and travel commitments I may not always be able to accept one night stays however I am finding lots of guests travelling the coast path requiring one night. I will facilitate one night bookings where possible. Please do not be offended if I cannot host singular nights on certain dates.
