Saundersfoot Beach Front Ground Floor Apartment

Golwg Y Mor, Welsh for 'The View of the Sea' is a ground floor apartment - steps away from Saundersfoot beach with a wonderful sea view. Direct access to the blue flag beach is gained via a gate from shared garden. Ideal for back and forth the beach. The apartment sleeps up to 4 people-plus a baby. The main bedroom contains a double bed. The hallway area doubles up as a further sleeping area with full size bunk bed. A travel cot is available. The space The main living area has patio doors that open to enjoy the beautiful sea view. This living area serves as a kitchen, dining and seating area. It seats 4 comfortably. The living area has 2 sofas and a 43” SMART TV. Wifi is available. The kitchen is a cream shaker style L shaped kitchen which comes fully equipped. The main appliances compromise an electric cooker with hob, washing machine, fridge, toaster and kettle. PLEASE NOTE - NO microwave or freezer/freezer compartment available at the property. The bathroom was completely renovated in 2025 and contains an electric shower, WC and wash hand basin. All bed linen, duvets and pillows are included within the tariff. Guests will need to bring their own towels. A travel cot is available for use. The property has the benefit of private parking for one vehicle-something of a premium for the area. Please note the parking space is narrow and during busy summer school holidays some families have struggled to park large cars. There are 2 public pay and display car parks a few minutes walk from the property if required. Please note BBQ’s are not permitted on the grounds of the apartment. The apartment block has a small private garden which contains a gate in the sea wall to provide direct access via steps to the beach. This gate is locked during the winter months due to high tides however access can still be gained via a public entrance approx 100ms away.
