Welcome to The Pad Home! Located in a secure and prime village, our space has everything you need for a comfortable stay: full air-conditioning, a smart TV with Netflix, fast Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped kitchen. We’re just 15 minutes from NLEX San Fernando, and 5 minutes from Vista Mall and Waltermart, with restaurants and essentials conveniently nearby. Guest access Guests have full access to all amenities during their stay. Please note, parking is limited to 3 cars in front of the house. The host will give you the password in the keypad lock the day before your check-in. Other things to note Checkout Time Standard checkout is at 12 noon, but we’re happy to extend it until 2 PM if no guests are arriving that day. Just let us know in advance! Booking doesn’t automatically open all three bedrooms. Here’s our room assignment guide based on the number of guests: 1-2 guests: 1 room 3-5 guests: 2 rooms 6-12 guests: 3 rooms If you’d like an additional room, extra charges will apply based on the rooms requested. Number of Guests Please ensure you book for the correct number of guests. Any extra guests not notified in advance will be charged double. For security, we have a CCTV installed at the gate, facing the street.
