The space Our residence is a typical Tuscan stone house of about 100 square meters free on 3 sides and directly inserted in a beautiful olive grove in Terazzi and in a small village of houses (you will therefore never be alone but at the same time you will enjoy an absolute privacy) with beams and bricks to the ceiling in every room and a beautiful garden Private terrace that in addition to ensuring privacy and relaxation will make you enjoy every moment of a Unique Panorama. The microclimate of the area thanks to the exposure to the sea breeze and the 60 cm sandstone walls means that there is no need for air conditioning to maintain an excellent natural coolness even in the hottest moments! Guest access The house is currently rented in a single unit and consists of: Ground floor - a very large living room kitchen with built-in kitchen with all appliances available (including dishwasher) and pizza oven (to be used only with permission) with direct access to the garden. - a living room with a sofa bed (2 places) with the possibility of adding another 2 beds, transforming it into a bedroom therefore, also with direct access to the pergola and garden First floor - Large Double Room with 2 beds, and a Tuscan-style wardrobe. - Private bathroom with shower Possibility to add beds (with supplement) Complete the house a garden directly connected to the house and 2 exclusive parking spaces. We are in contact with other hosts in the area, if you are a group of friends or relatives and look for more availability do not hesitate to ask us !!! Other things to note The house is inserted as mentioned in a small village, so it is required Education and Respect to not disturb those who live in the Interior. The 2 parking spaces are exclusively for the house which can only be accessed by stairs.
