APARTMENT 1 by the beach with SWIMMING POOL & BBQ

Our apartment is placed on 2nd floor of the Villa, with a open sea-view balcony where You can take a rest ,enjoy the sun on our swimming pool or have a glass of wine in peace. :) To get to the Cavtat center you need 10 minutes of relaxing walk along the sea coast. The nearest beach is about 2 minutes walking from the apartment and there are also some fine restaurants and bars to relax. The space It consists of one bedroom with a double bed for 2 persons sleeping, 2 bathrooms with a shower, living room with a sofa ( 160x190cm )for 2 persons sleeping, kitchen and sea view balcony. Kitchen is equipped with kitchen utensils, cutlery, refrigerator, stove. In the apartment you also have TV SAT, air conditioning (living room), internet access free of charge, changing linen and towels regulary. Bathroom is with an hairdryer. Villa also has a charming little terrace with sea and garden view equipped with tables and chairs and BBQ. Private parking is in front of the house and it is free of charge. A large 40m2 pool with 20 sun beds and sun umbrellas is also at disposal. A place where you will enjoy whether you are here by work or on vacation. Guest access It is possible to rent an extra bedroom with a double bed and with a bathroom with this apartment. Becouse this bedroom is situated as separate unit and on the same floor.
