The camp is 1,200 square feet of awesomeness! It is cozy and quaint, and equipped with beach toys, indoor games, gas grill, charcoal grill, pots & pans and all your essentials for your cooking needs. Over the course of this year, we have made plenty of improvements such as; new counter tops, new backsplash, new doors & windows and hardwood floors redone. We hope you enjoy your stay! The master bedroom has a queen size BOB O PEDIC mattress with French doors that open right onto the beach. Plenty of room to set up a play&pack. Second bedroom has 3 twin size beds with a large picture window that over looks the beach and pond. Kitchen is fully equipped. Open concept living room/kitchen has a beautiful glass front wood burning stove. Home has large deck, painted with vibrant colors. The most unique space for this property is that it is right on the water with a fabulous sandy beach with plenty of sand toys available. There are no motor boats or jet skis allowed so it is very peaceful & tranquil. There are 2 kayak's, and 1 paddle boat on the premises for guests to use. Keep your eyes open for the mallard ducks, geese, bald eagles and of course our otters. I'm available most of the time if need be. I live nearby and will help with any questions or concerns. Our deck was rebuilt in October 2022. However, it will get painted in the spring with our bright & brilliant colors again! The pond is beautiful with year round fun. Swimming, fishing, kayaking or paddle boating in the summer. Ice skate, ice fish or play hockey in the winter. Nearby is Lull Farms famous for there fresh baked goods, and home grown vegetables and fruit. Just a 30 minute ride to Manchester/Boston regional airport. 1 hour ride to Logan airport in Boston MA. Crotched Mountain Ski Area is a 35 minute ride, and Nashoba Valley Ski area is a 40 minute ride. 1 hour ride to Hampton Beach. 2 hour ride to the beautiful White Mountains. 10 minutes to Parker's Maple Barn in Mason NH. Andres Institute of Art 5 min ride go for a hike and see the beautiful sculpture art. Head south on Rt 13 and turn Left onto RT 130 and see the huge amazing Santa on the left hand side.
