This unit is called HS1B, part of 10 homestays in MRI Homestay Sg Buloh complex. A Private Pool is also available for rental at RM20 per hour. Just 25 kms away from Kuala Lumpur City Centre. Nearest picnic spot (Templer Park) is 20 minutes way via LATAR highway. Guest access Guest can use common pool free of charge. There is another pool which can be used as a private pool if you dont like sharing. The whole family can book the pool for private use at the rate of RM40 per 2 hour or RM150 per day for private use. This pool is blocked to other guest when booked for private function. Ask the host for details. Parking is always available free of charge Other things to note 1. The number of adult guests does not exceed the maximum number set for this homestay unit, which is: 6 People. An additional fee of RM20/pax/day will be charged if the number of adult guests (staying overnight) exceeds the permitted limit. An overtime fee (RM10 per hour) will be charged if guests check out after 12:00 pm until 8:00 pm. Check-out after 8 pm is counted as a full day. 2. Any damage due to customer negligence will be borne by the customer. The deposit paid when making a reservation will be taken into account as a security deposit of RM100 for each homestay unit and will be returned after check-out if there is no loss or damage to property, furniture is placed in its original place, keys and power access cards are not removed, and the autogate control device is also returned in its original condition. 3. It is forbidden to bring in pork, drugs, alcohol or any prohibited goods in terms of Islam and the Malaysian constitution. 4. Unmarried couples or groups of different sexes (who are not family members) are strictly prohibited from renting the same homestay. We will request proof of kinship such as a marriage certificate if necessary. 5. It is not permitted to have wild parties, obscene activities or excessive noise. 6. Smoking is not allowed inside the homestay. If we find any traces of smoking and cigarette odors in the homestay, the deposit will not be returned. 7. Please note that bath towels are not provided in this homestay and shoes are not allowed inside the homestay. 8. At MRI Residence there are two swimming pools. One pool is free for all guests. If guests do not want to share, guests can book the pool again to make the pool a private pool for at least one 2-hour session and it can be rented on a first come first served basis at a rate of RM40 for one 2-hour session as follows: *Session 1: 3:30pm -5:30pm (RM40)* *Session 2: 5:30pm -7:30pm (RM40)* *Evening Session 7:30pm - 12:30pm (RM150)* *Session 3: 7:30pm -9:30pm next day (RM40)* *Session 4: 9:30pm -11:30pm next day (RM40)* If you would like to book a private pool, we need to know the desired session when making a homestay reservation for us to check availability.
