Set within one of Broughty Ferry’s historic hillside neighbourhoods, this charming cottage enjoys a peaceful setting with sweeping views across the village and the River Tay. From the elevated position, you can take in the character of this coastal area, including views towards Broughty Castle and across to Tentsmuir Forest in Fife. The space Living Space and Bedrooms The cottage is light and welcoming throughout, with a bright open lounge that makes the most of the surrounding views. Large glass patio doors lead out onto a modern balcony, creating a lovely space to sit and take in the scenery. There are two comfortable double bedrooms, each with double beds and generous mirrored wardrobe space, offering a practical and relaxing base for your stay. Kitchen and Dining The kitchen is modern and well equipped, providing everything needed for preparing meals during your stay. Whether you are planning a quiet night in or a relaxed breakfast before heading out, the space is designed to be both functional and easy to use. Outdoor Space Outside, the property continues to impress with a private garden area. A raised deck offers outdoor seating and dining, ideal for enjoying the views in warmer weather. There is also a summerhouse, adding an extra space to unwind, along with a barbecue for casual outdoor meals. Please note that the garden is not fully enclosed, and the grounds are set on a hillside, making some areas quite steep. For this reason, we kindly ask that children and pets are supervised at all times while outside. Guest access Guests have full access to the cottage, including the private garden and outdoor spaces. There is a dedicated parking space available, along with additional on street parking on a first come basis. Heating and bed linen are included to ensure a comfortable stay.
