The space Our place is close to Tivoli Park, Tobačna and some Faculties of Ljubljana University. It is within a walking distance from Jozef Stefan Institute, Cultural and Congress Centre Cankarjev dom, The National Institute of Chemistry and also from from the city centre, main tourist attractions and the old town. There are many convenient parking possibilities on the street and in surroundings, bus stop is close. You will have your private room (14 m2) and common spaces to share with other tenants (kitchen and living area, bathroom, toilette, hallway and balcony). APARTMENT was completely renovated in 2017, very comfortable (70 m2, 3 bedroms), bright, decorated with photos of Slovenia. It features an entrance room (with wardrobe, slippers), 3 separate bedrooms (one-, two- and three-bed room, with fresh linings and towels, hangers in wardrobe). Air-conditioning is provided in all bedrooms and kitchen & living area. All rooms are supplied with cable & wi-fi internet connection (speed of 100/10 Mbit/s). Your PRIVATE ROOM can accomodate up to 3 persons, but for longer stays it is ideal for 1 or 2 persons. Bed linens and towels (2 per person/14 days) are included in the price. Welcome to use COMMON SPACES: The KITCHEN is fully equipped with a big refrigerator with separate freezer, glass-ceramic cooker, gas cooker, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, cutlery, dishes, glasses and much more. A dining table can host four people, in the LIVING SPACE is a sofa and HD TV. The BATHROOM has a shower and a basin, is equipped with a washing machine, hair-dryer and first-aid kit. The TOILLETTE is separated. in the HALLWAY there is a wardrobe and slippers, available to use during your stay. For the quiet relaxing moments, you can use a SMALL BALCONY with two chairs and a table. With completely equipped kitchen you can prepare gourmet meals of your choice. You can wash, dry and iron your clothes and have them ready for the rest of your journey. In the kitchen we offer you some essentials, like salt and pepper, white and brown sugar, coffee & tea selection... Common spaces are REGULARLY CLEANED (at least 1x monthly and after every moving-out), basic toiletries (initial supply) are available. At longer stays fresh towels (2 towels 100x50 cm), linens and kitchen towels are changed every 14 days or more often, if needed/on request. Guest access You are welcome to enjoy the privacy of your room (you can lock it with keys) and use common/shared spaces of the appartment. During your stay We are looking forward to personally meeting you at moving in and explain a few things about the apartment and if you like - about nearby places or anything which might interest you. Other things to note Notice - LONG TERM RENTING: Our place and each room in the apartment are AVAILABLE FOR SHORT AND/OR LONG TERM RENTING (min 5 days), therefore a simple contract – rental agreement is to be signed prior to moving in). Suited for bussiness people, researchers, students, who need a place for a few months (quiet building). Assistance available throughout your stay. For longer stays, we can arrange extra cleaning of the apartment (on your request or scheduled).
