Double room in former restaurant

Our property offers several modernized double rooms for guests. In addition to a modernized bathroom, a well-equipped kitchen is available for our guests. The living room, kitchen and bathroom are on one level on the 2nd floor. The house is centrally located in the quiet village of Grundsteinheim, between Paderborn and Lichtenau. From here you have very good access to the A33 and A44 highways as well as the B68, B64 and B1. The space The building used to be a restaurant with a pub, a large hall and a few guest rooms. The pub and hall operation was discontinued, but we modernized the guest rooms. At the moment, we have the possibility to accommodate up to 8 people. Our rooms are perfect for fitters, business travelers, but also for vacationers who want to escape the everyday life of the city and enjoy the charm of village life. Guest access We are centrally located in the village, just before the bridge on the village street in the immediate vicinity of the chapel of St. Luzia. In front of the house there is plenty of free parking for our guests, even for slightly larger vehicles. Guests arriving by bike are welcome to store their bike in a protected place. Also in the immediate vicinity is the Grundsteinheim Mitte bus stop. By bus you can reach Paderborn Central Station in about 20 minutes, but since we are in the village, it should be noted that the buses do not always run hourly.
