The beach is divided into several bathing areas, with mostly rocky or pebbly sections as well as sandy spots. In the Soco Negro area, there is a natural swimming pool with wooden platforms for sunbathing, and at the end of the promenade, the Risco Verde area is ideal for swimming at high tide and also has wooden sunbathing platforms. The beach has held the Blue Flag award since 2017. With an average year-round temperature of 25°C, guests can enjoy sports such as cycling, kitesurfing, windsurfing, paddleboarding, and scuba diving. The property is also just 5 minutes from the Playa de Cabrón nature reserve, a beach with golden sand and volcanic rock formations that is known as one of Gran Canaria’s favorite diving spots.
