Tico Studio is very private and spacious, well equipped and has its own fenced in yard and parking spot. From the studio you can walk to well known restaurants such as the Farmer and the Cook and the Ranch House or take the short drive or bike ride to downtown Ojai. Please make sure to read the whole description before you make an inquiry or book. The space This charming Studio is nestled beneath Ojai Oak Trees and 10 minutes away from historic downtown Ojai. It offers privacy to unwind and relax, a cozy and comfortable living space, an outdoor sitting area, and complimentary coffee, water and snacks during your stay. This attached studio offers fast internet, a plush queen bed, a comfortable couch and chairs, a large closet, TV with streaming channels, kitchenette with microwave, dishwasher and fridge, and a private patio right outside the french doors. The patio has views of the private yard and water fountain, lots of sitting arrangements and a fire pit and is shaded by Oak trees for the warm summer days. It also has an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub shower. This space is perfect for longer stays if you are working remote, for traveling nurses or someone looking to re-locate to Ojai, or visitors who want to spend some time exploring Ojai. We offer long-term stays only due to local STR regulations. The studio is located a little outside of Ojai in the Meiners Oaks neighborhood, with convenient access to Ojai downtown (10 min. by car), as well as Ventura and the Ventura beaches (20 min. by car) and Santa Barbara (40 min. by car). There are several restaurants and stores located within walking distance. It is also close to wonderful hiking trails which can be found all throughout the Ojai Valley. We are happy to advice on activities and destinations throughout this area. Guest access The Studio with its own yard. Other things to note We are located on a rural road that is used as one of the main access roads to get into town. It is a safe neighborhood but the road can get busy during commuting times which will cause increased car noise.
