The space The apartment has a large frescoed living room, a bright and charming space where you can relax and enjoy the view of Piazza Santo Spirito, thanks to the two large windows overlooking the square. The bedroom is very quiet, ideal for ensuring rest and tranquility despite the central location. The bathroom is functional and complete, equipped with a shower stall, toilet, bidet, hairdryer, body wash, and shampoo. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to enjoy your stay in total autonomy. Guests can also take advantage of a washing machine, iron and ironing board, which are particularly convenient for longer stays. The rate includes bed linen and towels, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning and independent heating, to ensure comfort at any time of the year. A crib is available on request. Guest access The entire accommodation will be at your complete disposal. Access to the apartment will be via check-in arranged before your arrival. We will always be available for any needs or information during your stay. Before arrival, we kindly ask you to provide us with the identity documents of all guests, which are necessary for mandatory registration with the Italian authorities. Check-in is available from 3pm. Any requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability and must be agreed in advance. To arrange your self check-in, we will ask you for your identity documents, which are necessary for registration as required by Italian law. A couple of days before your arrival, we will provide you with the instructions and access codes for your self check-in. - For our willingness to bring forward check-in or postpone check-out, we remind you that this is only possible in some cases, so you should not consider a refusal by us to be negative. -If you arrive before check-in time and need to leave your luggage, we recommend using the luggage storage, which is safe, cheap and close to the apartment. HEATING INFORMATION ON HOW TO TURN IT ON Heating times and periods are regulated by national law (Presidential Decree no. 74/2013-MITE 10/06/2022) the heating start date is November 8, 2022, and the period continues until April 7, 2023, with a maximum operating time of the radiators that cannot exceed 11 hours per day. The rooms heated by the radiators cannot exceed 20 DEGREES It is recommended not to leave valuables or money in the apartment. The host declines all responsibility in case of theft or damage.
