Lovely Cotswold Cottage with Charm

A charming Cotswold cottage situated in the lovely village of Broadwell. It is five minutes from Stow-on-the-Wold. Broadwell has a friendly pub on the village green and is surrounded by idyllic countryside. The cottage is located in the garden of a handsome Cotswold Village House. It is beautifully decorated and recently refurbished with a fully fitted kitchen and modern bathroom. Broadwell is very close to Daylesford Farm Shop and 20 minutes from Soho Farmhouse. A perfect place to unwind. The space Gable Cottage has been beautifully decorated and is extremely comfortable. The front door opens on to the kitchen with a dining table and four chairs. The bathroom with a bath/shower is located on the ground floor, adjacent to one double bedroom. There is a second bedroom with a super king-sized bed in the gables upstairs, which leads from the sitting room. Please note that both beds will be made up but please it would be much appreciated if you could choose which bedroom suits you best upon your arrival and only use one bed during your stay. The sitting room has a comfortable sofa, a chair and a small desk. There is a bench outside the cottage in the small rose garden for you to enjoy your morning coffee. Guest access The entrance to the property is located down Watery Lane, alongside which an idyllic stream runs. Watery Lane is a small track which leads to the rear of the property. The driveway is almost opposite the Fox public house - with the pub on your left the driveway/Watery Lane is the next driveway on the right handside. There is an electric gate which opens by pressing the button on the right hand gate post. Parking is available outside the cottage in front of the garage. Kingham Station and Moreton-in-Marsh are the local train stations. There is a Tesco in Stow-on-the-Wold which is 3 minutes away, or a 15 minute walk.
