This is because resort is beside the Laguna Lake with a majestic view of Mount Makiling. Most resorts are along the highway, easily accessible but not beside the lake. It is hard to find but definitely worth the trip. Once the gate opens and you enter the resort it is like a paradise hidden from the maddening crowd.
