The villa is designed for three families (6-7 people), and is equipped with everything necessary for your carefree living, namely: - 3 bedrooms, each bedroom has its own bathroom; - in the guest area 1 corner large sofa; - all rooms are very bright with huge windows; - all rooms have access to the pool. Our Villa it’s the best example of combining unity with nature and comfort, cosiness and luxury. The villa has everything you need for your comfortable stay, both during the holidays and for a long period. Everything is perfect here! There is private car parking for 2 cars. Daily cleaning is not included in the rental price. It is the cleaning fee after you check out and prepare Villa for the next customer. But we can offer you a weekly change of linen and towels for stays longer than 15 days. At your disposal there is all the equipment. You can also order additional cleaning with replacement of bed linen and towels for 2000 THB. 3. Electricity are not included in the rental price and must be paid in cash in any convenient currency at the time of departure. Electricity - 7 THB/kWh, Water - Free. 4. Check-in time after 16:00, check-out time until 11:00. But if we have the opportunity, we are always happy to provide you with additional time, provided that the next customer will not wait for Your departure and subsequent cleaning of the premises. 5. Check-in and check-out between the hours of 00:00 and 09:00 am, is paid-400 THB. 6. Durian is forbidden. (Please use the balcony/terrace). 7. Smoking is prohibited. After 10:00 pm it is forbidden to listen to loud music, in case of complaints from neighbors about it - we will have to ask you to leave your home as soon as possible without refund.
