It’s 5 minutes walk to Byron’s quiet Tallow Beach and and an easy walk or 5 minute drive to town. You'll feel instantly relaxed in the comfortable, beachy rooms which feature high ceilings and oversized glass doors to let the sun stream in across the pool and tropical gardens. The house and backyard are completely private and very peaceful, featuring: - a pool, BBQ and outdoor dining area surrounded by tropical gardens - a hot tub and yoga/ lounging deck under the stars - optional bed configuration of king or 2 XL singles - architecturally designed high ceiling living area and large dining and kitchen facilities - eco-friendly design and products, recycled timber throughout, rustic upcycled doors and solar. Other things to note The townhouse next door may also be rented out or occupied by the property manager. It adjoins the building and shares the side patio but has a separate backyard and entrance. Screening has been put in place to ensure complete privacy. You will have private use of all spaces seen in this listing including the pool and backyard.
