La Maison de la Noë Odye is a cozy place surrounded by nature, right at the edge of the Brocéliande Forest. Here, people come to gather with family or friends, enjoy a fire by the fireplace or beautiful summer evenings outdoors, share simple moments, and recharge their batteries away from everyday life. Large garden, children’s playhouse, cozy atmosphere… everything is designed to make your stay an unforgettable experience. A perfect spot to unplug, breathe, laugh, and leave with sweet memories in mind. The space This warm and peaceful stone longhouse sleeps 8-10 guests. Perfect for families or groups of friends, it offers comfort, authenticity and nature. The house comprises: • 2 bedrooms on the ground floor, each with a double bed • A large mezzanine upstairs, with a double bed and two single beds • A living room with sofa bed, TV and insert with ventilation • Bathroom with walk-in shower • A fully equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, induction hob, refrigerator, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster • Washing machine available • Free Wi-Fi Family equipment: • Board games, books, toys • Umbrella bed, high chair, cane stroller, baby bath • Two TVs (living room and one bedroom) Outside: • Large wooded garden • Kid's cabin • Dining table, shaded shelter, wood oven, barbecue • Parking for at least 3 cars, electric gate Services & Atmosphere: • Optional linens and towels • Cleaning at extra cost • Natural decor and old-fashioned vibes • Possibility of making fire in winter for cozy evenings Within walking distance, explore the legends of Brocéliande: Merlin's tomb, the castle of Comper and many other treasures hidden between mist and forest. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property as well as the fully enclosed garden 🌿 You can freely take advantage of: • the entire house • The living room and fireplace 🔥 • the equipped kitchen • Bedrooms and living areas • The outdoor garden and the children’s playhouse 🌳 • Games and relaxation areas 👉 The entrance is separate to ensure your peace and privacy throughout your stay. I remain available as needed before and during your stay for any questions or information 😊 Whether you're coming on horseback — or more likely by car, walking, or biking — the paths are open to you. Just 500 meters away, the forest of Brocéliande unfolds its fairytale trails. Each detour whispers a legend, each clearing seems to come out of another time. The perfect venue to venture smoothly, never really getting lost. Other things to note La Noë Odye, a small refuge between fields and forest, where the birdsong replaces the ringing of the phone and every nook and cranny has been designed to make you feel at home — or almost… with a little more magic! Here, modern comforts are discreetly invited to the heart of a simple and warm country house, lulled by nature and the legends of Brocéliande. On the laundry side, no need to clutter your suitcases: • Double kit with towels: €12 • Single kit: €8 And if you prefer to avoid a broom or vacuum cleaner at the end of your stay (we understand, it's not a wizard training), cleaning is offered at €70. Like this, your vacation remains… a real vacation. The mobile network plays a little hide and seek (thank you Brocéliande), but no worries: the fiber optic is there. Thanks to wifi calls, you can stay connected… or choose to really pick up. In the winter, the house keeps the heart warm: heating to 19° C, and insert fireplace with wind tunnel for a soft and enveloping atmosphere. A wooden basket is offered upon your arrival, and for extended evenings by the fire, an additional 10€ will allow you to reload the logs. Some practical details: • Beds are not made on arrival • The staircase is a little steep (but secured with a gate for little adventurers) • The bathroom is opposite the bedrooms — you may have to cross the house in stealth mode at night! ⸻ Practical info and house rules • Check-in: between 5pm and 9pm (lockbox or in-person check-in) • Check-out by 10am • Pets: allowed, but we ask that they leave no trace when they leave (thank you for your understanding!) • Smoking: not allowed inside the house • Parties: Not allowed, for everyone's comfort • Safety: Smoke and CO2 detectors present, first aid kit available • Comfort: shutters in all rooms for a good night's sleep • Kitchen: dishwasher, freezer, and basics (oil, salt, coffee, etc.) provided • Welcome & discovery: A complete welcome booklet with tourist recommendations, maps, and Brocéliande charts awaits you.
