Based in Hawker, Belconnen (10 minutes from the city) this delightful 3 bedroom, completely renovated, light and airy townhouse with modern décor is just waiting for you. All the comforts of a hotel with so much more space and many more extras. Breakfast items including bacon, eggs, milk, bread, cereals and spreads are provided for you free of charge. The space Featuring two queen beds and two single beds this townhouse allows for up to six guests. All beds have extremely comfortable mattresses and a range of pillows are available to suit everyone's taste. Each bed has linen supplied and there are towels for everyone. Your accommodation is complete with heating and cooling for those extra warm or cool Canberra nights. Two enclosed courtyards allow you the choice of where to sit for a refreshing afternoon drink whilst thinking about which local restaurant you could walk to as there are several within a 5 minute walk – al-a-carte, Chinese, Greek, Vietnamese, take-a-ways and many other options a short 5 minute drive to either Belconnen or Jamison. Need entertainment? Well this place has it all - boasting 5G Wi-Fi, free Netflix, DVD /Blue Rays, board games, books and puzzles to keep the kids amused. Three wall mounted televisions throughout the house will help to keep all the family happy. Dog friendly accommodation allows you to bring your dog on holiday as well and there is a room for their bed etc in the renovated laundry to ensure they have a comfortable stay as well. Please note dogs are allowed inside but they are not allowed on the beds or lounges. Light breakfast supplied for your stay and there is no need to bring the hairdryer and shampoo/conditioner as you find some already supplied for your visit. A lightly stocked pantry will ensure you don't have to buy everything if you feel like cooking and there is a BBQ available if you have the steak or the prawns! And what’s even better than this you ask? … knowing you have all the comforts of home plus more at the Hawker BnB. It is a lovely area with so many attractions. Guest access The entire 3 bedroom townhouse is completely yours throughout your stay. An electronic front door system allows for 24 hour check in. The PIN will be provided to you via email or SMS several days prior to check-in. Other things to note ****UPDATE****: Even though this property is professionally cleaned (including sanitisation of linen/towels/pillow protectors and mattress protectors) with after each guest departure, due to Covid-19, additional cleaning measures have been put in place to ensure all surfaces are disinfected accordingly. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me. A single garage with internal access ensures all your valuables are safe - you can even bring the kids bikes and they can ride up at the Pinnacle too! If you are staying for a while, I can arrange for cleaning during your stay so you don't have to worry about this. A cleaning fee will be applied each time, payable direct to the cleaner. Special occasion planned? I am happy to assist with arrangements or suggestions to ensure your stay is memorable. If required, I can purchase additional food for you prior to your arrival which can be reimbursed by you during your stay. I am also a cake maker in my spare time so am also happy to help you out and have a network of friends who also make wonderful cakes if you need a specialty cake whilst you are staying. All linen and towels are supplied. There are also some beach towels that can used during you stay if you wish to visit the local pools. **PLEASE NOTE*** ** Pets are welcome but due to additional cleaning required to ensure the property is perfect for the next guest, I have to apply a $40 fee for the extra hour taken for the cleaner. As I cannot have this selected on the AirBnB pricing it will either need to be manually amended for you or payable upon departure.
