Detached home Clonakilty town

Our house is predominantly used as a holiday home & is our home away from home.It is a detached dormer bungalow with a very large garden to the back, with day long sunshine (weather permitting) Very close to Clonakilty town 8min walk, Clonakilty cinema/ adventure centre & hotel within walking distance also. A perfect location to visit the surrounding seaside locations, Inchydoney, Long Strand & Rosscarbery. There is always something happening in Clonakilty so you will be spoiled for choice. The space The ground floor entry level is available for our guests to use. We will not be staying in the property while we host guests. The upstairs will not be accessible to guests as the stairs will be closed off midways up with a safety gate at the end to prevent any smallies climbing. The ground floor area consists of an open plan kitchen, dining room, with adjoining utility room with a washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, electric hob, oven & grill, kettle, toaster & Nespresso coffee machine. The hallway leads to a living room with Smart TV, netflix & youtube capability & some local channels. The main bathroom has a WC, wash basin & a shower/bath. The house consists of 3 bedrooms with space to sleep up to 6. The master bedroom has a king size bed with en-suite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a double bed that sleeps 2 & 3rd bedroom sleeps 2 in bunk beds. The house has a large back garden which is south facing towards the fields beyond. It is situated in a cul de sac of privately owned/ rented properties. Providing a countryside setting while being close to a wide range of amenities. Guest access This is a converted dormer bungalow the whole of the downstairs area is accessible to you. There is driveway entrance with plenty of parking. The upstairs will be closed off to you & will not be in use throughout your stay. If you have small children we can put a stair gate to avoid them climbing the few stairs upon request. Other things to note Clon town is within easy walking distance from the house approx 10 mins. Clonakilty cinema , Clonakilty hotel & adventure centre are even closer again approximately 3 minute walk away(take a left as you exit the park, cross the pad & follow the footpath around 2 corners on the opposite side there are steps down towards the hotel follow the footpath after the steps along to the right & you meet the cinema 1st & around the corner is a cafe & entrance to the hotel should you require it. The adventure centre tower is visible from the kitchen window.Don’t worry those jumping from it are wearing harnesses!
