Cal Genís is located in Montmajor (15 minutes from Berga and 30 minutes from Solsona). It is a house with two apartments with all their amenities. Each apartment has 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen, a dining room and a living room with a fireplace, a common multipurpose room and a garden in the back. In the village there are grocery stores, a bakery and a restaurant. In summer there is the municipal swimming pool and streams and swamps in the area (Vall D'ora). In winter you have the Port del Comte ski slopes an hour away by car. The space The central dining room has a fireplace and a small balcony. It also has a back patio to do any activity, eat outdoors, etc. Downstairs there is a 70m2 multipurpose room shared with the two apartments. Montmajor and its surroundings are an ideal area to go mushroom picking. Special prices on bookings of 15 days or more. Guest access Each floor of the house is equipped with a private kitchen, sink, shower and washing machine. The house has a back garden and a multipurpose room that you can use freely. Other things to note Each guest must pay the tourist tax €1.10 per night (2022 price) (over 16 does not apply). The house does not have an elevator, you must climb stairs. Heating is not available, but stoves would be provided if necessary. Except with one telephone operator, the apartment has difficulties with mobile coverage.
