Private guest suite in large stone built house in the lovely hamlet of Goodshaw Chapel with panoramic views of the Rossendale Valley from the open plan bedroom and living area and en-suite bathroom. Rural setting but close to main motorway networks and local towns and cities. The space open plan bed/ sitting room with Smart TV, comfy chairs, coffee table. Kettle, toaster, fridge, coffee machine with pods. Cereal, pastries, fruit, milk, juice included. En-suite has handwash , shampoo, conditioner and other toiletries. We have outside patio & decking spaces with a fire pit which guests are more than welcome to use. We can also offer secure storage for mountain bikes (with jet wash facility) and off road parking. Guest access The guest suite is accessed through the main house. Guests have private use of their own space and shared use of the outside space. During your stay This is our home and we look forward to sharing it with you. We will be on hand to welcome you, show you how things work and offer suggestions and advice on local amenities. Gareth has excellent knowledge of local walking and mountain bike routes Other things to note We were joined in October 2020 by Walter the Hungarian Vizsla. He loves meeting people and eating - not necessarily in that order! He isn’t allowed upstairs but he will greet you enthusiastically as you arrive 😊
