Enjoy walking on the Pier, Tallman Park or along the Hudson. 5 minute Walk to excellent restaurants, galleries & bistros. Private entrance through the garden gate in the back of the house where you will have a dedicated parking space . Easy access to your suite (rear of house) with smart lock. The perfect oasis for WFH, reading or bird watching or just relaxing. The space Our house was once part of The Fort Comfort Inn, a resort in Piermont at the turn of the century. There is a private entrance to your 2 room apartment through a well-lit garden. An oasis of tranquility awaits you, the patio has lounge chairs, table, BBQ essentials & a hammock for your relaxation. Enjoy the birds, and a sheltered garden with a path that leads to the Hudson River. The Kitchenette has a microwave, mini fridge, electric kettle. Please no lit candles, incense or smoking, Owners are allergic. Guest access Guests are welcome to use the backyard patio . Other things to note Please refrain from heavy colognes or perfumes, some guests are allergic to scents. Candles are not allowed due to fire safety, no smoking. As noted, check out is 11 am but bags can be held until 4 pm. If you need a later check out, please inquire. Guests are not allowed to entertain in the suite and only guests who are booked in with airbnb are welcome. We have a Hepa air-purifier in the suite.
