The cottage provides the perfect base to relax and explore the Lake District and all it has to offer, from Horse Riding to Hiking, Boat Trips, Cycling and many more activities. The cottage has a private parking space, EV charger, shared private jetty, and is ideally situated just a 15 minute walk from Windermere train station and centre where you will find an array of shops and traditional pubs. The space This bijou cottage perfectly located within the Priory Manor Estate is ideally suited to romantic couples and individuals wishing to escape the hustle and bustle of every day life. Total area 36m2 (387 sq feet). Open plan living area/kitchen including dining table for 2 and 2 seater sofa with a view of Lake Windermere. The bedroom has a king-size bed and there’s also an adjoining snug/dressing room with smart TV - perfect for cosy nights in. Max occupancy:2 Private Parking Space with CCTV and Zappi Electric Vehicle Charge Point (£50 refundable deposit and 40p kWh for exclusive use of the EV charger throughout your stay. The charger is untethered, please bring your own cable) Guest access Private use of the cottage - access via key code which is reset on every visit by the cleaner. Shared Garden and shared access down a private track to the lake shore. Other things to note Max Occupancy 2 - the cottage is ideally suited to individuals or couples. There is one king-size bed. Smart TV - Guests can use their own Netflix account if desired. All electric heating, hot water, hob and oven. We provide bedding, towels, toilet paper, washing up liquid, cleaning products, soap, shampoo and shower gel. There is also tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper and oil at the cottage.
