Large 315 litre hot water system with booster installed Sept. 2023. More than enough hot water for larger groups. Large sunny dining area with farmhouse style table seating up to 12. Sadly we cannot accept cats due to family member with severe allergy. Guest access Barbecue grill. Plenty of books, board games and jigsaw puzzles Coffee machine Fully equipped kitchen for cooking/baking. Other things to note This property is self contained and recently renovated. Best suited to family groups. It is our much loved beach house so some of our personal belongings are in the house but we’ll leave plenty of room for yours too!! As well as the standard coffee, tea, sugar, oil and spices we will leave access to the cupboard with basic baking ingredients so you can bake a cake or biscuits with the kids. Access to the front and back entrances is by stairs. Many of our neighbours are permanent residents. Party groups or schoolies will not be accepted.
