It is the entire ground floor, with an open space with a living-dining room and open kitchen. It has a sofa, TV, billiards, and in the open space there is also the main queen bed. There is also a bedroom with another queen bed and a bathroom and a small room without a window with a single bed and a closet. There is also a sofa bed in the Billard area.
