Our B&B is 5-min walk to the old city of Chiang Mai, North Gate, located in a safe and quiet alley. We also offer complimentary heartful breakfast for you to start your day with. Tours & activities are available for the best deal. Staying with us will definitely give more than just a place for the night. We always realise that for some guests this one time might be the only time for visiting Chiang Mai. We dearly hope that we can make your journey the most precious and memorable one. The space A comfortable suites with a cute little terrace to read books, drink coffee, smoke some cigarette & watch people! What could be better? :P Our terrace suites was newly renovated in 2019. The size is 30 sqm. This suites is on the ground floor where you can leave the car in front and go into the room and sleep right away 😴 This room is suitable for couple or family with kids or grandparents! It can accommodate up to 4 people with a sofa bed. Please let us know if there will be more than 2 people staying in the room. The suites is equipped with a minibar fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, smart TV, individual wifi router, safety deposit box, hair dryer. We also offer daily cleaning, complimentary tea, coffee, drinking water & snacks. We provide toiletries (shampoo, body wash, conditioner, lotion & hand wash -- all 100% natural and local made). As we are environmental friendly & sustainable B&B, we do not provide single use plastic amenities (comb, toothbrush, plastic shower cap, razor etc.) We apologise for the inconvenience and thank you for your cooperation to help save the world! We will be serving your breakfast every morning from 7.30am-11.30am in the cafe of Amaka 1. If you are leaving between 7-7.30am, we can pack you sandwiches to take away. If you are leaving earlier than that, we will pack sandwiches the night before and leave them in the fridge in your room. Guest access You have access to the common area and our cafe. Private / public parking is available. **Our cafe opens at 7am and the reception closes at 8pm. You're welcome to leave your bags before check in and after check out. ** During your stay We work in our cafe at Amaka 1, so you can always get help, suggestions and recommendations anytime you need. If we are not there, there will always be staff who will be more than happy to help you with anything you need. From booking tours, suggesting restaurants, any hidden gem in Chiang Mai, picking up & droping off at airport to getting souvenirs :) Other things to note It is on the ground floor next to the main entrance of building but we have double-wall so noise wouldn't be a problem. There is a small terrace attached to the room. Perfect for smokers as we have non-smoking inside law in Thailand. You can get fined up to 5000 THB!
