This spacious studio apartment is the most stylish “dugout” you’ve ever seen, located right in the heart of the most active summertime neighborhood in the city. Parking available onsite. Parking is an additional charge on event dates at Wrigley Field. It’s got all the trimmings of a real life big league dugout. Besides the many bars lined up just outside the front door, there are also numerous restaurants and shops within walking distance. The red line train is just a few blocks away allowing for easy access to anywhere in the city, 24 hours a day. The décor is 100% baseball inspired. It shares the vibe of Wrigley Field, but with a super chic upgrade. Also included are beautiful wood counters replicating the benches in the dugouts; & gloves and base balls around the abode. We in Chicago LOVE our baseball and this space is our way of sharing that love with our fellow fanatics! Also, feel free to pull down the screen and turn on the projector by pointing the control at the Comcast box. Please enjoy your stay with us!! Guest will have access to the entire Garden Suite! Guest will also have access to the common spaces. (Basement Laundry and rear patio.) Please DO NOT walk up the back staircase outside of your unit. There is nothing up the stairs that is included in your rental access. Other tenants live in the building and those are their units. I live next door! If you need anything, I'm available via text or call. If there's something that needs me on-site, I can be over in no time at all! You can't get much closer to Wrigley Field itself than when you stay here! Literally just feet from the gates this property is near it all! Nightlife, public transportation, shopping, groceries, restaurants, bars and more are all within walking distance! The bus stop is a few steps out the front door. The CTA Redline Station is a quick 5 minute walk around the block. Uber's and cabs are nearly instant at any given time! This is the Garden Suite. You'll head down the stairs located under the front stoop to access your private entrance. Please, take care of my personal things and be courteous! Clean up after yourself. (dishes, bath towels etc.) Leave the place as clean as you found it. (Or you may pay an additional fee for maid services. Any extensive cleaning exceeding your $75 initial cleaning fee will be charged through your deposit agreement.) Any puke or human excrement of any kind that is found on the property (inside or outside) will result in an immediate forfeiture of your entire deposit!! No pets. No smoking. No additional guests outside of those accounted for within your reservation. An additional fee per head/per day or night will accumulate for any guests in excess of 2. This fee per head/per day or night will accumulate rather guests are spending the night or not! No open parties! (All parties must be approved prior to booking.) All guests must be accounted for within your reservation. Any guest in addition to the initially allowed 2 will accumulate a $25 per head fee as outlined above. Any guest that is found giving access to the property to anyone outside of the number of guests accounted for within their reservation will result in an immediate forfeiture of your entire deposit! If the accumulated fees are in excess of your deposit, the full value of the accumulated fees will be pursued. Any damage done to anything inside the condo or to the actual unit itself by your party will be charged to your party through your deposit agreement. Any damages done beyond the amount in your deposit agreement will be pursued civilly. On-site parking during Chicago Cubs game days or events at Wrigley Field will be an additional fee. (Please make sure you make yourself aware of any potential happenings at Wrigley Field prior to booking if you are in need of parking.) (2 parking spaces are included in your reservation on non-event dates.) If your stay is during a time when their is an event or game at Wrigley Field, you must remove your car from the parking lot or pay the parking fee for the event. (Typically the parking fee is between $40-$60 per car/space, per game/event.) Paper towels are NOT provided. If you bring your own, please do NOT flush them down the toilet. If you would like to utilize the top floor balcony next door, you will need to reserve your time as 4 other units have the ability to do so. For extended time, an additional fee will apply.
