It has direct views of the Mediterranean Sea, and it is sited less than 5 minutes drive to the best beaches of the Costa Brava, in Playa de Aro and a few kilometers away from the most interesting towns in the area, Sant Feliu de Guixols, Palamós, S'Agaro, Calella, Begur, Peratellada, Monells, Pals ... etc The Villa has been completely renovated in March 2019. It has wide spaces, large full equipped kitchen (Tepanyaki, American Fridge with Water dispenser) All rooms have direct access to the outside (backside woods, or the pool area, or a private balcony). The whole house has new aluminum windows. The house is full of light, coming trough the large windows, and the living area has more than 40 sqmts, is connected (at the same level) with the pool and terrace. There is a private woods forest behind the Villa, with its own ecosystem ( expect different than urban environment ) The house has security and surveillance systems (which can be connected or disconnected at the user's choice (client).
