Enjoy this village retreat with excellent links to historic St Albans, London, and Harry Potter Studios. Parking right outside your door, full amenities and friendly host! The space This is a fully self-contained space with your own front door. The flat is attached to the rest of the house where I live. There is double bedroom which includes a desk/workspace, comfy lounge chair and large wardrobe. There is a hairdryer in the wardrobe. The bathroom has an over-bath shower, toilet and wash basin, there is no facility to use the bath. The kitchen/sitting area is fully equipped with microwave, oven, gas hob, kettle, toaster, and washing machine. Tea and coffee is in the cupboard for your use, as well as a cafetiere (please bring your own ground coffee if you wish to use this). The fridge is in a cupboard in the hall along with an iron, ironing board and clothes airer. Guest access You will have private use of this portion of the house. You will have access to a large parking area for one car, but please do not park too close to the garage or electric car charger as access is needed. Please let me know if you would like access to the car charger. Other things to note Guests' entrance door is the FRONT DOOR of the property. Please note I live in the back of the house and I use the side gate entrance. While I will do my best to keep noise to a minimum and the flat has been soundproofed where possible, you may hear some general house noises. The driveway parking is shared between the two rental units. My property management team will be available 24/7 via Airbnb, email, or phone to provide any assistance my guests may need.
