Very bright three-room apartment facing the sea of about 60 square meters, located on the 3rd floor of a building equipped with an elevator. The apartment is located in Cesano di Senigallia, easily accessible from both the station and the Senigallia and Marotta highway. Garage available. The area is very quiet and is perfect for spending holidays by the sea and discovering the beauty that the Marche hinterland has to offer. The building has direct access to the sea and also a private beach "BAIA CANARIA" for dogs. The space The apartment consists of: - two bedrooms (one double and one twin); - a kitchen-living room with two single sofa beds; - a bathroom with shower; - terrace overlooking the sea. We guarantee a total of 6 beds. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, small oven, refrigerator, hob with electric plates, extractor hood, pots, dishes, cutlery, glasses, cups, placemats and cleaning products. In the accommodation you will also find the following accessories: washing machine, clothes drying rack, clothespins, iron and ironing board, manual and electric broom, wileda mop, wifi, TV, DVD player. We do not have an air conditioner (the apartment does not need an air conditioner as it is very airy). The power of the meter is 3 kW, equal to the average of domestic users. Sometimes the simultaneous use of multiple energy-consuming devices could cause a power outage. Therefore, we recommend the organized use of the aforementioned appliances (e.g. washing machine can be switched on at night, only two electric plates can be switched on at maximum power or one at maximum power and two at minimum). Beds will be set up according to the number of guests. At check-in, you will find sheets, pillowcases, blankets, and a set of bath towels. The 2 rooms have wardrobes and drawers. You will also find the essentials for a welcome breakfast and basic necessities (various condiments, paper towels, toilet paper, soap...). We also have a large terrace overlooking the sea, ideal for lunch and dinner with the background of the sea waves. On the terrace you will find a small table with chairs, two sunbeds, a sliding curtain and a small side window to protect yourself from the wind. There is direct access to the beach, which is pebbly and very wide, and is located in front of the house without crossing the street. The beach includes both the private area (for a fee with services) and the free area that is always uncrowded. If you prefer sand, you will find the so-called "Velvet Beach" just a few minutes away. 2 minutes away you will also find the equipped beach (for a fee) for dogs and families "BAIA CANARIA". In the apartment we accept one medium-sized dog or two small dogs free of charge. Dogs must be well trained and it is necessary to comply with the condominium rules present in the condominium premises. Please do not leave the dog unattended inside the apartment. We do not have bowls, kennels or anything else for the dog's accommodation. Services: - Ipercoop is a 5-minute drive or a 10-minute walk away - Bar located on the ground floor of the complex (there are no other catering services and pizzeria in the complex) - For restaurants or pizzerias, you have to use the car and go to Senigallia or Marotta, which are just a few minutes away. Guest access Guests can use the free street parking in front of the entrance to the complex and the condominium garden. On weekends in July, in the second half of July and in the first half of August, the free parking lot in front of the complex is almost completely occupied. Therefore, only upon request, you can access the private garage of 14 square meters (2.7 m x 5.1 m), which is strongly recommended. To use the service, ask for more information. Other things to note The complex houses a bar open from morning to evening only in the months of JUNE, JULY, AUGUST AND SEPTEMBER. In addition, a few minutes away, there is the "Il maestrale" shopping center. The cleaning fee includes the products used to clean and sanitize, the regular and complete cleaning and sanitization of the apartment before each booking and after each check-out, respecting the advanced 5-step cleaning procedure of Airbnb, the time taken, and the washing of the sheets and towels made available. In addition, we provide laundry detergent and softener and cleaning products for the kitchen and apartment. No cleaning service is provided during the stay.
