The Kalliopi Villa is a traditional Cretan house. It is restored with great care and attention to keeping all the traditional elements. Get the amazing experience of living with locals and taste the Cretan hospitality! The space Kalliopi Traditional House is a fully renovated house which was built in the 18th century. It is restored by the owners with great care and attention to keeping all the traditional elements. It is on the edge of the village, so that no one is disturbed by the presence of residents (besides it is a very quiet small village), while at the same time it is still part of the village. Kalliopi Traditional House can accommodate 4-5 individuals. In the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen (where you will also find Cretan bio/organic olive oil from our olive trees) and a living room with dining area and fireplace. On the ground floor there is also a spacious private terrace. On the first floor there is a bedroom with private terrace with fantastic view. The bedroom in the first floor has two double beds and we can also provide baby cot(s). There is big sofa in the living room in the ground floor. The beaches of Falasarna, famous Balos, Elafonisi and Kissamos bay are just a few minutes away by car or by feet. The villa is less than 10' driving distance from supermarkets, restaurants, bars, pharmacies and many other amenities. Kalliopi Traditional House is situated in a very quiet, peaceful location, therefore it is ideal for families who wish to relax in comfort away from it all. Guest access The beautiful village of Azogyras/Kaliviani is located in the beginning of the peninsula of Gramvoussa, where Balos Lagoon and Falassarna are located. The beauty of the village can be attributed to its wonderful stone houses and to the many flowers that blossom in every yard. Its people are friendly and hospitable. The tradition is alive in Kaliviani, since even today the houses are built the traditional way, with stones, by skillful technicians. Kalliopi Traditional House is situated in the picturesque village of Azogyras/Kalyviani, 35 kilometers from the city of Chania, 5 km from the town of Kasteli and 800 meters from the port of Kasteli.
