Casa da Karina

Casa da Karina was built in 1932 as part of Muritai Homestead. Now it is my home, full of character and charm, perfect to welcome friends and family. My dog Lola is only acting as a model but won’t be here during your stay. Our Cat however, stays. In the so called "green circle" of Havelock North. It is a 7-10 minute stroll into the Village where all shops and restaurants are at walking distance: even Te Mata Peak. Wineries and beaches are a short drive away. You’ll enjoy Casa da Karina. The space Casa da Karina has 4 comfortable bedrooms: 3 in the main house and a ensuite sleepout which is a separate listing which you can add to your booking if you are a bigger group: https://abnb.me/h7nOMCi39tb In the main house there is the an ensuite upstairs and 2 bedrooms which share a bathrooms downstairs. The kitchen/living area has a nice big table to celebrate life around food and a well equipped kitchen for the chefs. The Veranda is my preferred living room and possible yours too. Guest access Two cars fit inside the gate but outside the garage which I turned into a women cave / studio where I paint. Additional guests can easily find parking just outside the door. Other things to note CAT: I have a cat called " Cat". A ginger female who is as every cat moody and might never even come by during your stay. I ask you to please keep her bowl always full and welcome her if she shows up. I also have a self contained studio on the property which can also be booked for larger groups.
