Chalet Chocolat Sud is the perfect base for your stay in the mountains, in the heart of the Chamonix valley and just a 15min walk from the centre of town you can easily access all parts of the valley including all ski areas with a bus stop and train station right on your doorstep. This cosy chalet has a private garden and a log burning fireplace. Private parking off the road and stunning views of the Mont Blanc mountains. The Chalet will comfortably sleep 4 people. The space Chalet Chocolat Sud is attached to another separate property Chalet Chocolat Nord, which is also available to rent. This Chalet is a comfortable, 4 bed property. From the private parking area you can access the shared ski locker room with laundry facilities.   The living space offers the chance to put your feet up and relax in front of the log burning fire. You could cook a hearty meal from the open plan-kitchen area and enjoy your dinner from the dining table next to the large glass doors with views across to the summit of the Mont Blanc. Each bedroom is equipped to sleep 2 people for a comfortable nights sleep. The Master bedroom has a large double bed and the twin room next door has 2 single beds. There is a large bathroom next to the two rooms and another shower room downstairs too. Please excuse the crinkles on the bed sheets! As an environmentally conscious chalet we value the environment, as such we have made the decision to keep the laundry system 'in-house', this reduces our carbon footprint by saving on vehicle transfer (often to Italy), eliminates wasteful plastic packaging and has the added benefit of making your stay a little cheaper! There is a domestic Wi-Fi throughout the property and the TV shows UK Freesat only. Guest access We have a large drive way which we aim to keep clear of snow and ice throughout the winter. we are only human and it can snow a lot here, if we can't keep up with the snowfall we are only too happy to lend you a shovel, it's a good work out!.
