There are 3 queen bedrooms, master with ensuite and one bedroom has a king bed that can be split into 2 long singles on request. All bedrooms have ceiling fans. The secure yard has plenty of room for the kids to run around. Fantastic undercover area with BBQ and outdoor dining. Please note air conditioning in 4th bedroom only
