self contained annex room with en suite shower room , double bed and single bed so can be either double or twin room with tv , table and chairs small kitchen -et with microwave, toaster, G/Forman & sink .courtesy Tea & coffee provided. In the center of the village on the foot of Blencathra mountain and 5 minutes walk form village pub , 5 minutes from bus stop to penrith and also Keswick . we are On the c2c cycle route . Private Parking . A completely self contained room separate building The space The annex room is for guests to use and is totally private inside it has seating outside and outside eating if wanted and a small lawn area to the left of the door way is for guests to use and a private parking space The rest of the garden and front of main house is private used by the owner’s please do not allow your dog to run freely around the back of the house this is private we have lots of walks and other space for them Guest access This is a self contained separate room from the main house so the annex room is quiet private . It has easy flat access from the car through the doorway .There is a table and chairs outside and also a picnic bench for guest use , the rest of the garden is private.
