This two-bedroom apartment, on the first floor, has its own balcony with a private jacuzzi, which can be used by up to 5 people. The apartment has two bedrooms, two bathrooms (each with shower) and open-concept kitchen (together with dining and living room). The bedrooms have a view to the quiet Ráday Street, the living room and the balcony have a garden view. The house has been built with whole heart and the owners thought over all the details thoroughly. Our mission is that all our guests can relax in a safe and comfortable atmosphere in our apartments. In our apartment house there are six apartments. Among these apartments everyone can find what they are looking for. If you are a couple, who is looking for a romantic getaway or if you would like to have a family or friends’ holiday together, you can find the right options for each occasion. Guest access Five of the six apartments have their own private jacuzzies on the balconies or terrace. These jacuzzies are comfortable for up to 6 people. Sauna can be found in the courtyard of the apartment house. Every apartment has at least one parking space. Vehicles can be parked in the inner court, in the garage or in front of the apartment house (CCTV protected). We provide the parking spaces on complimentary basis. The garage is equipped with electric car charger, please inform us at the time of the booking, if you would like to use it during your stay. Other things to note One of our main missions is that our guests feel safe during their stay. Our guests’ health is very important for us, therefore the establishment’s check-in and check-out system has been developed to minimize personal contact as much as possible between the staff and the guests. 24 hours before arrival guests receive a unique code, which can be used to enter the house and the apartment. The sterilized apartment key cards will wait for the guests inside their apartment. After that the guests can use the apartment key cards and the code as well during their stay. Before departure apartment keys have to be left inside the apartment. Not only arrival and departure are contactless, but payment as well. All payment will be done before arrival via credit card or bank transfer. This way guests do not have to contact the staff personally, therefore they save time as they do not have to wait in the line at the reception when checking-out. All apartments are disinfected before guests’ arrival. In order to provide our guests a calm atmosphere to relax and avoid any unnecessary connection with our staff, our apartment house provides housekeeping service only on every second day or upon request for those guests who are staying with us 3 or more nights. Guests can inform the staff about their request to make-up the apartment by using the door hangers. Hand sanitizer station is available next to the main entrance inside the apartment house.
